Our new online theft claim form allows you to easily submit details of a theft claim to Devitt Insurance Services Ltd, who are our claims handling provider, saving you time and money by not having to print and post your documents.

In order to complete the online claim form process, you will need to include some or all of the information below.

Cover details

  • Cover reference number - this can be found on your new business or renewal documentation.

Caravan details

  • Make, model, CRIS VIN, purchase details and additional features and fittings.
    Details of the loss including contents and equipment.
  • Please include the following if known: who discovered the loss, when your caravan was last seen, how your caravan was stolen, the address of where the caravan was stolen, a crime reference number and police information.

Security measures in place

  • Make and model of the security devices.

Contents and Equipment

  • An itemised list detailing the original cost and the amount you are claiming and any proof of ownership you may have.

Finance details

  • Name of the company providing the finance, reference and agreement number.

Other cover held

  • Any other cover that may cover the claim.

How the online claim form process works

  1. Read all of the information above, including what documents you may need to send us.
  2. Complete your online claim form below. 
  3. You will then receive an email from noreply@eu1-1.nanorep.com confirming receipt of your claim.
  4. You will then need to forward the email received and attach some or all of the above documents and email these to Devitt at: caravanclaims@devittinsurance.com
  5. Your claim will be processed by the Claims Team at Devitt, and they will contact you about your claim within five working days.

Please note that if you start the claim form without having all the required information available the form will not save your progress.

Frequently asked questions

What if I haven’t got proof of ownership or the right documents?

We ask that you provide proof of ownership to validate your claim. We appreciate this isn’t always easy so we accept evidence in the form of photographs, manual or receipts. Where there is no proof of ownership, we may make a deduction; this will be discussed when issuing your settlement.
