We are all in this together

The office may be closed but the Caravan and Motorhome Club is very much open for business! Our Contact Centre staff are now working from home, fully equipped to answer calls and deal with emails and online queries. Above all, in these challenging times, we want you to know that we are here for you.

We're pleased to say you can now book UK sites ahead through to 31 December 2021. We're also continuing to produce the Club Magazine, which will be packed full of ideas to keep you entertained and help you plan for your future breaks. The editorial team would love to hear from you – so drop them an email on magazine@camc.com.

Throughout March, staff in our Travel Service took thousands of calls from members in Europe and beyond as they made their journeys back to the UK – and we continue to help members with motorhome insurance and caravan cover queries, technical enquiries and more. You may also be interested to know that, while our sites are closed, some staff have stayed on to support key workers or vulnerable members at certain locations.

Although you can't leave home, the Club continues to organise events designed to keep its caravanning, campervanning and motorhoming community busy. The Big Little Tent Festival on 15 April, for example, encouraged you to camp out in the back garden, and thousands of you downloaded special packs containing wristbands, bunting, puzzles, games and challenges.

We're also running the Big Little Tea Time Festival every Wednesday until mid-May – we'd like members of all ages to have tea in their outfits (at their home addresses, of course) and share their experiences with loved ones via video messaging, social media and telephone.

Talking of social media, we love hearing from members about how they are making the most of their time at home. Are you learning a new language, taking up photography or sprucing up your outfit, for example? Our dedicated team is looking forward to hearing your news, so please continue to share your stories with us. And don’t forget to upload your pictures at camc.com/photowall.
